Terms & Conditions For Registration of BBPS Facility

1. This facility is available only for CASA account holders of Janakalyan Bank.
 
2. Registration for SMS Banking and E-mail ID for SMS/Alert is Mandatory.
 
3. A copy of latest Utility Bill/s to be enclosed along with the Registration Form.
 
4. Bank will undertake the process of bulk upload for all bills falling due on a particular due date, 
which is 4 working days prior to the due date of respective bill/s.
 
5. Customers are expected to maintain the sufficient balance in their respective account/s well 
Before 4 working days prior to the due date of respective bill/s, every month.
 
6. There will be only 1 attempt from the Bank towards the payment of the bill as mentioned above.
 
7. Intimation about the Successful / Failed bill payment will be sent to customers via SMS on their Registered Mobile Number with the Bank.
 
8. On receipt of intimation about the failed bill payment to the customers via SMS on their Registered Mobile Number, the customer will have to make the bill payment at his/her end and the Bank will not be responsible for the same for that particular bill.
 
9. The Bill Payment facility is also available at all the branches of the Bank.
 
10. This auto-pay facility is not available for payment of insurance premium of LIC of India and Utility Bill/s of MTNL Ltd. The start of Auto-Pay facility through us will be intimated to you via SMS alert, shortly.
 
11. On registering the facility with the Bank, the respective bill/s will be paid by the Bank through Auto-pay on the respective due dates of the bill/s every month. In case of customer making an additional payment towards the same bill in the same month, the Biller may adjust the advance payment of bill in the succeeding month and the Bank will not be responsible for the additional payment.
